Are the chips worth money?
No. Chips are virtual and have no monetary value: they cannot be withdrawn, converted into money, exchanged for prizes, goods or services, or transferred to another account.
Does IS Casino pay out money or prizes?
No. IS Casino pays no money, prizes or anything of value. Results only change your virtual chip balance.
Do I have to pay to play?
No. New accounts get free welcome chips (currently 10,000) and there are free daily chips: bonus wheel, time bonuses, missions and levels. Chip packs with Telegram Stars are optional and do not change the odds.
Who can play?
Adults 18 and over only. The service is not allowed for minors, even though no money is involved.
What is RTP and what are the RTPs?
RTP is the theoretical average return, in chips, over a very large number of rounds. Base RTP is 96% on slots and crash games, 97% on most instant games, 97.3% on European roulette, 98.94% on baccarat (banker) and about 99% on blackjack with basic strategy. The value in effect is shown in each game.
How do I know results are fair?
Results are verifiable (provably fair): the SHA-256 hash of the server seed is published before the round, the seed is revealed after, and the result can be recomputed in the browser with your client seed and the round number.
Are there AI players?
Yes, and it is disclosed. When few people are online, AI players join poker tables and some rooms, with the same rules and without seeing anyone’s cards. Live tables, rooms and crash games may include house players whose stakes are not paid and do not influence results.
Do I need to download an app?
No. IS Casino runs in mobile and desktop browsers. It can also be installed as an app (PWA) or opened as a Telegram mini app.
Which languages are available?
Brazilian Portuguese, English, Russian and Ukrainian.
How do I take a break or close my account?
The in-app Responsible play page has a session-time reminder and self-exclusion from 1 to 365 days, which cannot be shortened. To close the account for good, contact support.
